We’re a tight-knit team who genuinely cares about the people we support and the people we work with. About the role We’re looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our admin team and keep the day-to-day scheduling of our support workers running smoothly. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll have flexibility in where you work while staying connected to the team. Rostering is the heart of this role – but you’ll also pitch in with general admin as the business needs it. What you’ll be doing Building and managing weekly rosters (in ShiftCare) for our support worker team across multiple locations Coordinating shift changes, replacements, and last-minute adjustments quickly and clearly Communicating with support workers about their schedules, availability, and any changes Working in ShiftCare to keep records accurate and up to date Supporting the team with general admin tasks as needed What we’re looking for Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (disability or community services is a bonus, but not essential) Strong communication skills – you’ll be the link between the office and our support workers Someone who can think on their feet and problem-solve when things don’t go to plan Comfortable working across digital platforms and picking up new systems quickly A warm, professional approach – our team and our participants are people first Nice to have Experience with ShiftCare – we use it daily and hands-on experience with the platform is highly regarded Experience in the NDIS or disability support sector The details Hybrid role based online and in Brisbane or Gold Coast Employment type to be confirmed (open to discussing full-time, part-time, or other arrangements with the right person) Competitive pay in line with experience How to apply Send your CV and a short cover note to workwithus@carecompasscollective.com.au with ROSTER in the subject line.
